EXHIBIT OVERLAYS
Overlay images can be a very effective way to show specific conditions or artistic representations—as in radiological film interpretations—that afford the litigator more flexibility in how the information is revealed to the jury. Having interpretive illustrations of underlying film images flip over into place on an exhibit in court can keep the jury engaged and help them to better understand the correlation between the film images and the artistic interpretations. Overlays can also be removed, should there be any sustained objection, again allowing the user to continue to use the base exhibit in trial.
